Field app

Optional module for location based handling of reports.

In addition to the Smart Reporting app for citizens and the KCC, Civity offers a Field web application aimed at employees of municipalities and parties hired by municipalities.

The field app is an independent, optional module within Smart Reporting. The app is specifically designed for staff working in the field and solving issues that have been reported. It allows for immediately handling reports directly from within the field.

Features of the Field app

• Log-in feature, linked to user management module.
  The Field app makes it possible to create and link users and group. For example, this allows for creating a ‘Green Management’ group and include all team members. All linked members receive a log-in for the app, based on username and password.
• Extra handling options
  The Field app has an additional handling screen which allows employees to easily handle and solve reports. This screen offers additional options such as adjusting the status, adding comments and attaching photographs.
• Connection with case system
  Based on the member’s action, the status of the report within the municipality’s case system will be adjusted accordingly.
